Works great for cabinet lighting/night light.
Nice white (not yellow) LED light with 5 intensity settings via + – buttons. Bought this to replace a Feit Smart RBGW LED light strip that the wifi went out on and no longer make. I have a lot of Feit smart plugs so wanted to stay with Feit. Could not find a replacement Smart light strip I liked. Tried another Govee Smart RBG but white was too yellow so returned and bought this non-wifi plain white one. Connected it to a smart plug so I could set an on/off schedule. I can’t control light intensity/color/etc with the App but using mainly as ambient and a kitchen night light. I have it on its lowest setting at night. I placed the control close enough that I can increase or decrease intensity manually. Super thin and self stick to wood works great. Miss being able to change color for different holidays but for what it is works great.

I purchased these to replace a different set that were already installed under my kitchen cabinets when I bought my house 3 years ago. I don’t know how long they were there, but they started to flicker, then barely turn on, then turn on when the switch wasn’t on. They’re not meant to last forever, and this set seemed like a good replacement. They installed easily and seem to stick just fine where the old set was. The only tricky part was where I had a 90 degree angle but the instructions show how to do that. I read a review where the person said you cannot cut the strip, but you definitely can. The instructions don’t mention it, but there are little scissor marks all along the strip where it is safe to cut, so I was able to shorten the strip to the length I needed. I cut it a little long to begin with, then as I got it in place I did the final cut for the perfect fit. The picture on the box is deceiving – the adapter cord is about 5′ long, and the on/off cord at least 2′. The on/off switch is easy to use and the +/- brightness works fine.

Under cabinet lighting!
Under cabinet lighting, my outlets are under cabinet so light & control installed under cabinets. Remote control dimmer settings so it’s perfect for cooking and ambient lighting. I personally don’t like the daylight (cold blue LED color) went with warm white which typically has a yellow tone, these do not they are white. . Pic of backsplash on brightest setting. Not sure about longevity but lights left over & can be installed if they go out. Installation was done by electrician and took about 45-1hr to install 3. Difficulty probably due to being under upper cabinets.

Let there be light!!!!!
These lights are everything! We have an open basement set up that we call home and this season with the sun setting so early and or rainy days, no matter how many lights or lamps that I buy, it is so dreary.I ordered two sets of these to go across the top of the basement walls on both sides and the difference is incredible!! We need one more set to be completely lit up, however, I am VERY happy with my purchase.My only complaint or negative was shipping. I ordered these next day delivery and did not get them for 2 additional days. This was very upsetting to me only because I was ordering them especially to help dark mood and then experienced a delay, however, amazon did attempt to make the situation better, I only had to stay on chat communication for over an hour with 5 different representatives…..Also, one last thing to note… My husband was recently diagnosed with MS and he is very light sensitive, these were safe for him..

Great lights
I bought these Govee LED strip lights to add some color to a room, and they’re brighter and easier to use than I expected. The adhesive backing sticks firmly and hasn’t peeled, even on textured walls. Setup took just a few minutes, and the app connects instantly—no lag or disconnecting like some cheaper brands. The color options are vibrant, the transitions are smooth, and the preset scenes look great. I also like that you can adjust brightness very precisely. For the price, these lights are reliable, easy to control, and make a big impact. I’d definitely buy them again.

Really bright and met my needs. Didnt come with one of those flat black remotes with a million options that I will never use. Simple power and + or – for brightness. If I need more LED’s, I will be buying these.

Used this to light up a curio cabinet with my models and this set up works fantastically. Easy to install and provides plenty of length. Brightness levels are adjustable and would blind the average viewer on full intensity. IIRC it allows for additional strips to be added so it can fit most every application, as well as being able to be trimmed down to smaller set ups.Been working almost continuously for several months without showing sights of giving up, so recommended.

Es muy fácil de instalar y tiene muy buena iluminación. Yo la usé para un escritorio que normalmente es muy oscuro porque tiene una cama alta encima. Solamente pegué la tira de led bajo la cama en forma de espiral y quedó perfecta para trabajar.
