sturdy and easy
This thing is amazing. Hold your camera, loosen, adjust to the right position, then tighten the whole thing all at once. Perfect for setting up a camera behind my monitor. Although it did take me longer than I would care to admit to figure out that the lever on the center joint loosens all connections.

Sturdy & well designed
You may have heard the expression, “Buy once, cry once.”It certainly applies here.The arm & mount are super well-made, sturdy, and easy to use. The one knob in the middle tightens all joints, so you can position & lock however you need to for your application.Even the foam it is stored in is high-grade!

Super strong and easy to use
It doesn’t have any particularly clever methods for locking the various articulation points, it’s just a massive, heavy “magic arm”. It’s as easy as any “magic arm” to change position (taking the extra weight into consideration) and it can hold quite a bit of weight with very minimal movement. The large levers make tightening it extremely tight very simple. I’m sure a Manfrotto is better in many ways, but for the price and my simple uses, this is more than enough. I just wish it came with a quick release plate!

Sturdy
It’s really solid if you want to position your camera and NOT move it around frequently. There is a quick lock/loosen mechanism that is really smart in theory, but a little finicky in practice. I think it definitely works best for set up and leave it type situations. Rock solid, so I’m giving a mostly positive review here.

Impossible to tighten!
No matter what I do, I can’t tighten the center bolt properly. When I tighten it, the ball joints are so tight I cannot adjust them. If I loosen anything even the slightest, the whole thing collapses. Everything seems built in the tension of the center joint.This thing was a frustration and a hassle. I am returning it and I am going to get a Manfrotto instead, I think.
