A few stumbles, but Amazon is to blame, not the seller/manufacturer
I’m giving this a five star not necessarily because it’s a great product – It’s not And not necessarily because Amazon cilustomer service was helpful when things went south – they weren’t. I give it 5 Stars because it’s a great idea and when I needed help after the meager 30 return window Amazon provides, the seller (manufacturer?) was very helpful and responsive. You see about two months after I purchased the seutfh, one of the two switches stopped functioning properly. After one entire night chatting with Amazon Customer Service they would always circle back to 1. It was outside the 30 day return window, bye, bye. Or you’ll need to contact the seller, which is where I began in the first place.. they refused to help. The seller then jumped in and within one day they were able to get me a replacement switch. Love it! Remember when Amazon was known for outstanding customer service. Not so much any more. Regarding the unit, I have only two complaints. 1. They are constantly illuminated either red for “On” or green for “Off”. But imy mind the colors are backwards. Green should indicate “on” and red should indicate “off”. 2. The company should find a way to provide switch plates that are retrofitted to accommodate the horizontal design of the switch. I purchased a 2 gang switch unit that is accommodated in the space of one a one gang switch. To install it, I had to fabricate a backplate to cover the existing 2 gang hole and allow for a one gang switch . If these switches take off, and I think they will, retrofitted switch plates will be a huge new industry and someone should jump on it!

Dimmer switch appears to but turns off randomly. I tried to replace with exact same switch. I left it disconnected from the app and same result. I thought it was an internet issue but removing the Internet and it still shuts off. If you buy this good luck.
