Great Smart Ring with Accurate Tracking
I’ve been testing this smart ring for a few weeks, and it’s been a surprisingly solid alternative to bulkier fitness trackers. The design is lightweight, comfortable, and looks more like jewelry than a gadget. I can wear it all day without noticing it’s there.What I like most:• Accurate health tracking: The heart rate, blood oxygen, and even the blood pressure readings have been consistent with my smartwatch. It’s nice to get all this data without having something on my wrist.• Sleep insights are helpful: The sleep tracker gives a breakdown of deep, light, and REM sleep. It’s actually made me more mindful of my nightly routines.• No subscription fees: Huge plus. Everything syncs instantly with the app, and you don’t have to pay for the basic data you already collected.• Waterproof and durable: I’ve worn it washing dishes, showering, and at the gym—no issues at all.• Good battery life: I can go several days on a single charge, which is convenient.A couple things to note: The ring needs a snug fit for the sensors to track properly, so make sure you choose the right size. GREAT for the price!!
I was hesitant on buying the “brand name” for $300+ and not knowing if I’d like a ring vs my watch. I LOVE this ring!Shipping was FAST! It came fully charged. The battery lasts about 5-6 days (I work 12+ hr shifts and I’ve had it a week as of today and just charged it for the first time)The charger is portable! It’s like a charging case that you charge the case then the case charges the ring on the go! Love that for convenience!The size is slightly off from your normal ring size. I got a 10 for my index finger (tried on a few brands in store and that’s what fit best) but this does run small and I have to wear it on my third finger/ring finger (on the right hand, not left)It has held up well and doesn’t show much sign of wear or scratches so I love that!It seems pretty accurate as well! My heart rate is set to be monitored every 30 minutes and it matches with the pulse ox! It also measures your BP and if you use an automated cuff at home, it’s obviously going to differ but if using a manual cuff, it’s almost exactly the same.Overall I’d give this ring 9.5/10. It’s not too heavy, charges fast and holds a charge well, seems pretty spot on with accuracy. Only took off .5 bc the sizing/fit but I know it will vary from each brand.Very satisfied. If I had to purchase again, I definitely would! 🩷

This cutie runs small!
Lightweight accurate on first tests! Looks great and good quality/ durable! It runs small! If you wear 7 get 8! I’m a petite woman and I should have bought it a size larger they give you 2 ways for charging! In the box or directly in the ring! Come back after testing battery life and give it the last star! Nope sleep tracker is off! But better than competitors! At same price point!

This ring really does give you details about your health, including your sleep!I was excited to wake up this morning and see details about my sleep, super glad i got this, not a bad price at all!The sizing is accurate, charging is quick and easy, the app is easy is use.The pamphlet it comes with is hard to read as the print is super small for my aging wyes but the app explained everything i needed to know.

Excellent form and function
I’m so happy with this ring! It’s comfortable and stylish. It comes with a variety of silicone covers to change colors, but I also love the original rose gold color.It’s very effective at tracking my steps and my heart rate. It’s an ideal product to aid in weight loss. I haven’t used it for long yet, but I can tell it’s sturdy and I’m excited that it’s water proof too!

Stopped working after 2 weeks
Do not buy! Stops working after 2 weeks. The data is not even accurate. Does not even tracks your sleep at all…

Would not recommend
Battery life is good, but that’s where it ends. The tracking is inaccurate. The sleep monitor is not consistent. I head a sleep study with it on and two vastly different outcomes. The steps from the ring to what my phone indicates was drastically different. I guess I got what I paid for.

It does part of the job.
I am not sure if this ring would be the same accuracy as the very expensive one.. I don’t believe the blood pressure reading is accurate. The sleep monitoring seems correct and the step counting, the battery life is about 2 full days.. it is very easy to set app and no fees for the app. I like it but can’t give it 5 stars because I don’t believe is completely accurate, but it does look good on the finger.
