Nice ceiling fan
The ceiling fan looks amazing with the curved blades and the air flow is also good.This is a smart fan which can be easily controlled through phone. The app configuration took just couple of minutes. I had a small issue with the led light and the seller was quick to send a replacement led light for the fan. So far this ceiling fan is performing well.

Excellent Product and Outstanding Customer Service
This was my second Sofucor fan purchase. I was so thrilled with my first one that I decided to purchase a second one to replace my older AC motor name brand one in my bedroom that has seen it’s day and was using up a lot of energy. Upon install, there was an unfortunate issue with a noise coming from the internal motor. When I contacted Sofucor and sent them a video of the issue, they were very quick to respond and make sure that I was a happy customer. Not only is their customer service team quick to respond and try to resolve any issues, but they are also diligent in making sure that their customers are 100% satisfied if any issues do occur. I will be changing out the rest of the ceiling fans in my home with ONLY Sofucor. They are very quiet, energy efficient and beautiful. Their product and customer service has definitely made me a life- long customer. They are truly FAN-tastic! 😃 Thank you Sofucor!

Nice and Easy DIY Fan
This is my first trying to setup a fan and the instructions are easy to follow and the product is complete in no time. I would recommend to if you’re looking to upgrade your fan with light. I love the remote to control both the fan and light!

This is a wonderful fan. First of all it is a smart fan. As a result you can control it from your phone. I love controlling it from my phone since I always have my phone on me.The manufacturer packs everything very well. Nothing in this package will be damaged in transit.The setup for this fan is very simple and straight forward. The instructions have pictures, and the wording is well written. There is a link to an installation video, but it currently takes me to a marketing video. Regardless of the issue with the QR code, the written instructions made putting it together very simple.After taking all the parts out, I noticed that the motor cover was at an angle to the motor. This prevents the fan from turning once the blades are attached. I sent Sofucor’s customer support a picture of the part with an explanation of the issue. They quickly sent me a replacement part that works beautifully. It was a pleasure to talk to customer support. They were easy to contact and resolved the issue quickly.Once installed, the fan works very well. It moves a nice amount of air, and the motor is silent. The blades can be heard pushing the air when you are at a high speed, but it is silent at lower speeds. The remote is also very responsive, and it’s dimensions feel good in the hand. The blades are also beautiful.In summary, you will definitely like this fan. Also one install tip is that the Styrofoam rings used to package the fan are also a great stand to hold the motor while you attach the blades and other parts.

Nice Fan. Blades are plastic but they don’t look cheap. Nice airflow and light is great. Interesting that the plastic blades don’t collect dust like the wood blades.

Disappointed that the blades are cheap plastic. No mention anywhere in their listing. Instruction miss a step adding a trim piece.
