pretty cool robot. the suction is good for outdoor windows. this is especially useful for windows that are out of reach. the instruction is straightforward and easy to replace the disc with the cleaning pad. will recommend.

Not happy
I wasn’t happy with this cleaning brush from the start because it didn’t scrub deep enough. If you put any pressure on it it stops spinning. I only used it a few times and then had it hanging up the rest of the time. I just went to use it again and it didn’t turn on so I took it apart and all this water came out with rust. The whole inside is rusted and it won’t work. Very disappointed because it is a cleaning brush that you use in the shower. It should be water proof.

It arrived in working order. It appears it will do the job. I am concerned about the warning against rinsing the brush while attached to the wand. That would seem to be the most efficient way of using it. The 10-hour charge time seems excessive, but that’s where we are now. Also, it came with an item called a “pothook”. The included literature does not mention what it is. It appears to be some type of hanger.

I’ve been seeing this product in a few different places and I was so interested. I favorites it. Then when I was ready to buy it I purchased it. Love this product helps keep my shower walls clean and tub. I find it effortless and I feel safer more than standing on the side of tubeWish it could get extremely wet. But it cant. Wish it had like a little spout with spray that could keep the walls damp through out the process. Works well for large windows in the the front was able to clean build up and dust along with the window very easy product I like it and would definitely refer or recommend it to a friend. Very disappointed!!!!!
I am VERY disappointed with this item. First it didn’t come with a charger. It had a charge when I opened it and was able to test it out. If you apply any pressure when using it, it almost completely stops. It doesn’t spin as fast as I thought it would either. (I found a charger that went to something else and used it so the charge was full). I would not use this if you want to deep clean stuff. It wouldn’t take a few spots off of my bathtub. Don’t waste your money! I didnt open for a few weeks and missed the return date by ONE day or I would have sent it back.

Great customer service
So first off, love this brush. I have a bathroom that we dedicate only for when we do yard work. It is thick with dirt and even a few rings from shampoo bottles and whatnot. Fully charged up brush took care of the tub and walls in 1 go. Took hours less than manually. Second, I had an issue with the charger at one point and was able to contact customer service who replaced the part within a week. Which is wonderful, because I can’t go back to manual scrubbing.

Excellent customer service
This device is help for your back. It makes cleaning the shower floor and walls easier without having to bend over. I did have trouble with the battery compartment rusting out after about 6mo and quit working, however, this company is excellent honoring their 1 year warranty. They sent me a new product and am extremely pleased. Rarely do you find a company that backs its products so well. I am going to be sure connections are all dry after each use and I think it should do just fine. Thanks Fruiteam.
