It’s great the Govee Humidifier holds 6 leaders of water, has an automatic feature and humidity settings making it very easy to keep my room properly humidified. It was easy to connect to the app and pair to a temp-Hygerometer

Excellent Household Humidifier
This is probably the fifth or sixth, but definitely the best humidifier I’ve owned. I’m not here to tell you about needing one, but we’ve used them for years in our house with a heat pump. The advantages of humidifying your household air are fairly well documented, and this Govee unit amends most of the shortcomings we’ve experienced with other models.I already own or have owned a few Govee smart devices, (WiFi thermometer/humidity sensor, water intrusion alarm and standalone room thermometer/ humidity device). What I have found really nice about their stuff is that it is purpose-built, reasonably priced, very easily integrated into existing WiFi and it’s elegant in simplistic form.This humidifier is sweet. First of all, it came packaged like an Apple device….or Nintendo. High-end fitted cartons and foam inserts and overall top notch. Nothing pretentious. Idiot-proof out of the box, the quick start instructions are well done and describe setup/ integration with Govee App fully. The humidifier is identified and linked to within seconds.Remote operation via app is straightforward and easy. Full marks. Unit is quiet, holds a full 6l so it runs for a LONG time. The tank is fitted with a brilliantly designed open top. Once you’ve lifted off the lightweight cover the sturdy molded handle is right there and you can carry the gallon and a half or so container right to your sink to fill it. You can shut off the panel lights from your phone, while you’re still in bed and realize you’ve forgotten to.In automatic mode, it will slow down or cease emitting water vapor as the target humidity level is reached. To me that is a good thing

Great for Terrariums
We bought the hose attachment and use a Govee Hygrometer to set up automations, keeping our animal enclosures at the perfect humidity. The ability to refill it without having to remove the entire reservoir is extremely nice too, as we can just top it up as needed.

This is a great humidifier!!!
It’s just like the description says. It’s quiet, doesn’t leak, easy to use, easy to clean, and has some pretty awesome functions. The app is great and all my other Govee products are awesome as well. It pairs with the app easily and performs greatly. I use it a grow tent and I also bought the hose that attaches to the top. I have the humidifier sitting outside the tent and the hose running into the tent. It’s paired with the Govee Hygrometer that I have inside the tent. It keeps the humidity inside the tent at whatever level I set it for. The humidity can be set between 30% to 80% but if you use the app then you can unlock an additional 10% humidity letting it go up to 90% humidity. I also tested it in a bathroom where it performed great as well. It has a large water capacity at 4.5L which allows it to go longer between fill ups. I use distilled water in it which not only prevents white dust but also lowers the amount of pinkish black moldy buildup inside the base. Overall it’s a great humidifier that I would buy again and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a small humidifier that actually works great.

My House No Longer Feels Like the Sahara
So far so good. We are using it in our bedroom and it has relieved us of dry coughing in the middle of the night. Color changeable night light is cool. App functions as expected. Produces a very soft and pleasing sound, not obnoxious like our last humidifier.

Update: maybe mine was a dud, the vapor did come out and ran fine but it never improved the environment. I have a smaller unit (4L) in my kids room and decided to try that model in my room- wouldn’t you know in minutes the humidity level increased and has been doing great maintaining levels. I would stick to the 4L model since it works well.Original:I’ve run my machine for over 10 hrs and not only did the humidity not even reach the minimum- it managed to get even lower with this running. It’s like it’s not even there. It’s on full blast and makes no difference in the readings. I’m also using a separate Govee hydrometer. I’m baffled. I went as far as saturating my pad in oil and can still only smell it standing right next to the machine. I love govee products but this thing wastes entirely too much water and time not being efficient.

It started leaking after 2 5 months. Not goodBut they made it up to me. I got an other one and this one works fantastic.So I’m happy and you should buy this one as well.Good costumer service!
