Great and easy to set up
These switches look pretty much like normal switches – the smart part of them is subtle. They work well as manual switches. We use the smart feature of them with the Smart Things App and Google Home and they were very easy to set up and use. I really didn’t want to have to sign up with another manufacturer to get logins and passwords and then the email junk mail forever, so this one worked well.

There are some quirks you should know about…
These installed pretty good for me, but there are some negative things you should know about.First, if you want to install them in a gang of other switches, know that typical non-supplied decora coverplates fit pretty snugly to the outsides of these switches, and can interfere with the functionality. I spent more time making micro-adjustments to the position of the switches than I did on the actual installation. If you don’t get it just right, the switch will bind on the inside edge of the coverplate and prevent it from working.2) I used the Moes app, and used the switches in both with single-pole and 3-way installation. With a single-pole install, the app indicates with a small graphic of a light bulb, when the switch is on or off. It works well. However, with a 3-way installation, there’s no way for the app to know what position the switch is in for on or off, so the graphic is non-functional. The result is that when you’re not there to see if the bulb in the light fixture is on or off, there’s no way to know if you’ve actually turned the light on or off with the app. This is a definite negative when you’re away from home and can’t see what’s going-on (or off). Perhaps if you install 2 of these switches on a single 3-way branch, the app will show on/off – I don’t know, as I haven’t tried it.One of the switches I installed seemed to not be working, but it worked fine when I tried it in another location. You might want to try this if you have a non-functioning switch.Some reported these switches work fine without a neutral wire attached. I don’t know – I didn’t try it.Basically, I’m pleased with the function of these switches and would buy more, though there some things I found that were lacking, especially with the 3-way installation.

Easy 3-Way Switch
I love this brand of switches, I also use Kasa and I find Kasa 3-way switches are just inferior to these. They install easily, they synch up to Smartlife and Smartthings and Alexa very easily. If I could start again these would be my go-to switch all over my house, but it is what it is.10/10 would recommend. Kinda hoping my other switches break so I can get more of these to replace them.

I always look for the smart life app
I have a rare genetic disorder that causes severe joint damage and as a result, I have to use a wheelchair. I have found that smart devices come in very handy if you have limited mobility. I have used smart bulbs and plugs before, but this is the first time that I have seen a smart switch. Honestly, I was a little concerned that I would not be able to install it myself, but it was a lot easier than I expected. My husband helped for convenience sake, but I don’t doubt that I could have done it on my own. I have used other apps, but I keep going back to Smart Life. It is so user friendly and it’s very easy to keep track of several devices.

Works great!
I used it in a 4-way setup (3 switches controlling 1 light, 2 of the switches are 3-way switch and the other is a 4-way switch), and replaced one of the 3-way switches with this smart switch. The instruction was easy to follow, the paring with Smart Life App and Tuya App (I tried both of them, and they seem to be very similar) was simple, and the Apps integrate with Alexa seamlessly. I can control the light by talking to Alexa, and also setup a schedule for the outdoor light to turn on at sunset, so convenient!

They break and leave the circuit closed which is quite dangerous
I bought 30 of these switches. They all worked pretty well at the beginning, but a little after a year, they have been breaking one by one. I have already changed 10 switches. The worst part is that they leave the circuit closed so if you have something sensitive connected, it could be a major issue. I have written them in their website and waiting for their response.
